Location: St. George
Integra Life Sciences Corporation in West Valley City, UT is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector I to perform incoming, in-process, and finished goods inspections, ensuring compliance with specifications and GDP.
You will review drawings, maintain inspection records, support CAPA activities, and work with QA Engineers and Production to resolve issues; 1–5 years in medical device QC preferred; ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820 familiarity encouraged.
