We are looking for a Quality Analyst – Problem Solver to take ownership of supplier-related quality crises and ensure sustainable resolution. In this role, you will play a critical part in protecting operations by resolving disruptions and preventing recurrence. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive structured problem-solving initiatives.
Responsibilities- Take ownership of production disruptions related to supplier performanc
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to restore operational stability
- Drive follow-up to ensure actions are completed and effective
- Identify root causes and implement robust corrective actions
- Lead structured problem-solving activities (8D, RCCA) across stakeholders
- You have a minimum of five years ‘experience in related job
- You hold a degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- You have strong experience in problem solving within aerospace or manufacturing
- You master structured methodologies (8D, RCCA, root cause analysis)
- You are highly collaborative, proactive, and results-driven
- You are comfortable working in high-pressure environments
- You demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills
