- Experience in climate analysis and operational weather forecasting
- Strong understanding of cloud physics, precipitation processes, and atmospheric dynamics
- Experience with Python, or other programming languages
- Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and forecast verification techniques
- Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments with shifting priorities and time-critical decisions
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with field operations teams and presenting technical findings
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in climatology, hydrology, meteorology, atmospheric science, or related field
- Specific experience with GIS, cloud seeding operations and weather modification programs
- Knowledge of glaciogenic and convective cloud seeding techniques and methodologies
- Experience with radar meteorology and remote sensing applications
- Familiarity with climate database management systems
- Background in field operations and real-time meteorological support
