Seeking a motivated student to assist with a research project investigating hybrid working arrangements, attitudes towards power hierarchy, and whistleblowing intentions. The student research assistant will perform the following:

• Assist with finding and summarizing articles to help develop the motivation, background, and literature review.
• Identify material and studies that will be integral to the experimental process.
• Attend and present research findings at the WSU Research and Engagement Symposium in March (date TBD). This may involve creating a research poster and/or delivering an oral presentation.

• Strong interest in academic research.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Graduate student in the Goddard School of Business and Economics (MBA, MACC, or MTAX).

• None. The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work).
