Job Summary / Basic FunctionSeeking a motivated student to assist with a research project investigating hybrid working arrangements, attitudes towards power hierarchy, and whistleblowing intentions. The student research assistant will perform the following:
- Assist with finding and summarizing articles to help develop the motivation, background, and literature review.
- Identify material and studies that will be integral to the experimental process.
- Attend and present research findings at the WSU Research and Engagement Symposium in March (date TBD). This may involve creating a research poster and/or delivering an oral presentation.
- Strong interest in academic research.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Graduate student in the Goddard School of Business and Economics (MBA, MACC, or MTAX).

Physical Requirements- Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or consistently to move objects, including the human body. Sitting most of the time. Walking and standing only occasionally if ever.
- Visual acuity requirements including color, depth perception and field of vision. Required to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; using a computer terminal; extensive reading.
- None. The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work).
