Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Restaurant Manager based in St. George, Utah. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage a skilled team of employees, and uphold the highest standards of food service and quality. Responsibilities include staff hiring and training, inventory management, creating a positive customer experience, and maintaining communication with team members and leadership to ensure a successful and efficient workflow.
Qualifications- Customer‑facing skills such as Customer Service and a strong focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in employee management including Hiring and team leadership
- Proficient Communication skills for team coordination and customer interactions
- Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment
- Prior restaurant management experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional culinary or hospitality education is a plus
