Job SummaryThe Product Operations Lead is part of the store leadership team responsible for executing the store product strategy, including inventory operations and product management. The role leads inventory shifts, oversees back‑of‑house product operations, ensures both floor and BOH are stocked and organized, and provides a world‑class guest experience during floor shifts. The Lead also contributes to team performance evaluations, hiring recommendations, and serves as Supervisor on Duty during store hours.
CoreResponsibilities
- Collaborate with store leadership to implement product strategy.
- Plan, prioritize, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities according to SOPs.
- Execute product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
- Engage team members in inventory management and create a productive shift atmosphere.
- Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell‑through strategy and optimal product availability.
- Interpret daily business data and metrics to recommend product focus or pricing.
- Participate in the hiring process: recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and recognition to support team member development.
- Maintain a respectful, inclusive team environment.
- Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to deliver technical product education and a world‑class guest experience.
- Legally authorized to work in the country of the store location.
- Reliable transportation to travel to the assigned store.
- Schedule varies by store needs.
- Shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Peak times or special events may require early mornings or overnight shifts.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience.
- Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or logistical planning using business technology.
- Experience leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (education above.)
- Retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations experience.
- Food safety or liquor service certification for experiential stores with food/beverage service.

- Moves boxes up to 30 lbs and may use ladders.
- Food/beverage stores may involve industrial kitchen equipment and heat exposure.
Base Pay Range: $21.50 – $24.74 per hour (subject to local minimum wage).
Target Bonus: $2.00 per hour.
Total Target Pay: $23.50 – $26.74 per hour.
