The starting pay range for this position is $21.75 - $23.75 per hour, with a full range of $21.75 - $37.00 per hour. Pay is based on labor markets and may consider education, experience, and certifications.

All About Specialty SalesA team of specialized consultants who understand what it means to meet our guests where they are and deliver through strong operations, incredible guest experience, and compelling visual merchandising that inspires guests and builds the basket.
Teams in Apparel & Accessories (A&A), Home, Baby, Beauty, and Electronics prioritize guest experience while blending task completion and product availability. Primary duties include pulling, filling, pricing, setting, staging, and maintaining the sales floor and backroom.

- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience and model Target’s guest service expectations.

- Plan daily/weekly workload and execute to deliver on department and store sales goals, including merchandising and promotions.
- Onboard and mentor team members; help close skill gaps through coaching and development.
- Assign daily tasks aligned with business priorities and guest traffic patterns.
- Encourage team use of department tools to welcome, inspire, and influence guests.
- Partner with third‑party vendors to meet brand standards and merchandising benchmarks.
- Support execution of merchandise set updates and visual presentations.
- Create inspiring visual moments with organized, signed, and merchandised products supporting seasonal trends.
- Assist with department backroom organization, layout, and replenishment.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding processes.
- Prioritize guest experience in fitting rooms: welcoming, clean, safe.
- Set clear goals and hold team members accountable.
- Model safety and compliance culture, identify hazards, and respond to incidents.
- Model physical security processes.
- Support merchandise protection strategies: ordering, storage, application.
- If applicable, follow safe and secure training and processes as a key carrier.
- Occasionally assume store‑level leadership on duty (LOD) when needed.
- Address store emergency and compliance needs.
- Support guest services such as cashiers, order pickup, and drive‑up while maintaining compliance.
- Perform other duties as needed.
