Assist Department Manager in planning, organizing, staffing, training and directing Grocery Department associates.;
Respond to customer or associate comments, complaints, requests, accidents and questions in a prompt, tactful and professional manner.;
Use Computer Assisted Ordering to manage ordering quantities and balance on hand in the Department Manager's absence.;
Perform and direct others in pricing and displaying merchandise; ensure signage, rotation, freshness, quantity, quality and space allocation.;
Communicate company programs and process improvements to direct reports and promote a positive customer experience.
