Job Overview
As a Mobile Associate at T‑Mobile, you will support retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast‑paced environment. The role requires building proficiency in customer service and sales to provide personalized device and service solutions, consistently using digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits. Success is measured by your ability to build customer relationships, complete training, and contribute to a seamless customer experience, thereby enhancing loyalty and supporting team initiatives through effective communication and service delivery.
Job Responsibilities- Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
- Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
- Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
- Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands‑on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred)
Skills and Abilities
- Passionate customer advocate who is authentic and enjoys connecting with customers (Required)
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment (Required)
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals (Required)
- At least 18 years of age (Required)

Hourly Base Pay: $17.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days working at T‑Mobile, Mobile Associates receive on‑the‑job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Once completed, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full‑time status.
All employees at T‑Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. And because we are all owners, every employee at T‑Mobile is eligible for an annual stock grant.
