Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Key Inside Sales Manager to lead strategic inside sales initiatives while directly managing and growing a portfolio of high-value accounts. This role blends hands-on account management, partner development, and revenue leadership, with responsibility for key dealer networks, strategic carrier relationships, OEM partnerships, and a defined territory in Canada.
- Growing and managing strategic dealer accounts
- Working with Verizon and other national wireless carriers
- Managing RV OEM relationships
- Supporting automotive OEM programs including Toyota and Jeep/Mopar
- Managing a defined Canadian territory
- Driving new business development
- Managing forecasts, pipeline, and CRM accuracy
- Partnering cross-functionally
- Attending trade shows and partner events
- Proven experience managing dealer networks, carriers, or OEM relationships
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Executive-level communication capability
- High accountability and proactive leadership style
- 5+ years of sales or account management experience
- Experience in consumer electronics, automotive, RV, or wireless industries
- Track record of exceeding revenue targets
- CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including domestic and occasional international travel (Canada)
