Summary
JM Mechanical is seeking a driven and customer-focused HVAC Sales Representative to join our expanding team in St. George
. This role is ideal for an individual who excels at building relationships, identifying customer needs, and closing sales in the HVAC or construction industry.
- Identify and pursue new customers through market research and outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts
- Promote HVAC products and services to meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Conduct outside sales visits and present solutions to potential clients
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, pricing, and contracts
- Analyze sales trends and adjust strategies to improve performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to support project success
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Proven sales experience (HVAC or construction industry preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend solutions
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
