Holmes Homes is hiring an experienced New Home Sales Consultant to join our growing team in St. George.
We’re looking for professionals with new home sales experience or prior builder experience who understand the construction process and can confidently guide buyers from first visit to closing.
What You’ll Do:- Sell and manage the full new construction sales process
- Educate buyers on floor plans, features, and build timelines
- Maintain model homes and convert traffic into sales
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience
- Required: New home sales or home builder experience
- Active Utah real estate license
