Description
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Car Rental Agent to join our team in St. George, Utah. This position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers with vehicle rentals, and ensuring a smooth rental experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with rental reservations, contracts, and vehicle returns.
- Explain rental policies, vehicle features, and optional products.
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals.
- Assist with cleaning and detailing cars for next rental.
- Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
- Coordinate vehicle availability and fleet assignments.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Support daily branch operations and maintain a professional appearance of the facility.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Biweekly pay plus monthly incentive pay.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no more than 2 incidents/accidents in last 3 years). If under 21 must have a clean driving record.
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
- Friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills.
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (training available).
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving airport setting.
$18/hr. + incentives
