Position: Sales Development (SDR)
Location: St. George

Sales Development Representative (SDR) roles are crucial for creating and nurturing new business opportunities through proactive outreach, pipeline management, and collaboration with marketing and sales teams.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and contact potential customers to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, and relationship‑building efforts.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach strategies and develop targeted lead lists.
  • Track activity and manage leads using CRM tools such as Salesforce (SFDC) and prospecting platforms like Apollo.
  • Generate qualified sales demos and meetings with prospective clients.
  • Provide timely feedback to the sales team on market trends and prospect responses.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (high school or equivalent experience acceptable if comparable).
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in using sales technology.
  • Prior internship or experience with CRM platforms such as SFDC.
  • Experience with prospecting tools like Apollo is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
