** This is a COMMISSION only role, and contract based which means you can still keep your primary job!** About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Leads Acquistion Specialist to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base. You’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients — researching, prospecting, and qualifying leads that could benefit from our marketing expertise. This is a great opportunity to grow your sales career in the digital marketing industry with mentorship and upward mobility.
Responsibilities- Identify and research potential clients through outbound prospecting, Linked In, email, social media, and other channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure strong fit and genuine opportunity
- Schedule meetings and secure deals.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach strategies and messaging
- Maintain accurate lead data and activity logs in CRM (Hub Spot or similar)
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach and qualified meetings
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role (agency or SaaS preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms (Hub Spot, Apollo, etc.)
- Passion for marketing, growth, and helping businesses scale
- Ability to make 500+ phone calls/monthly
- Experience in sales (Preferred)
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, ROAS, etc.)
- Proven success in cold outreach or appointment setting
- Comfortable working fully remote.
- Already having a potential book of business
- Commission structure (25%-50%)(Recurring commission 15%-25%)
