Role Description

This is a part-time, Business Development role. The person in this role will identify and qualify new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and follow-up with inbound and outbound leads. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, mapping target accounts, and maintaining an active prospect pipeline in the CRM. The role involves meeting with potential customers, understanding their needs, presenting Savzy’s offerings, and coordinating with internal teams to support proposals and onboarding.

The Sales Business Development team member will also track performance metrics, provide feedback on market trends, and support local events or meetings that drive awareness and growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build trust, and support a positive client experience.
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify, prioritize, and pursue high-potential opportunities.
  • Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess pipeline performance, and support decision-making.
  • Ability to work on-site in St George, UT, managing time effectively in a part-time schedule.
  • Experience with CRM tools and basic sales workflows is preferred.
  • Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and comfort with working in a fast-evolving environment.
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
