Account Manager – Instruments Product Line
We are looking for an Account Manager responsible for Integra’s Instruments product line within a defined territory. The role focuses on managing sales, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while spending 90% of the time in the Operating Room.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve or exceed defined territory sales revenue targets through strategic planning, relationship building, new account targeting, extensive product knowledge, and exceptional customer service.
- Call on multiple call points/specializations while spending 90% of the time in the Operating Room.
- Collaborate with quantitative and functional teams to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Work with the team to meet regional and corporate financial goals.
- Develop new business with customers and accounts previously not sold to and attain monthly and quarterly sales objectives as defined by the regional manager and corporate senior management.
- Create a formal business plan at the start of each fiscal year and submit monthly and quarterly territory reports aimed at achieving sales goals.
- Support case coverage and inventory requests when called upon by peers.
- Identify new business opportunities and product improvement opportunities for the sales, marketing, and product development teams.
- Maintain high-level technical, product, and disease-state knowledge and provide consultative support in the OR environment in accordance with specific product indications.
- Operate within defined budgets while strictly adhering to corporate policies, the Advamed Code of Conduct, and the Sunshine Act.
- Perform sales administrative duties in a timely manner as defined by management.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay includes base salary and may also encompass bonus, commission, equity, or other variable compensation.
