Job Overview

Ken Garff Automotive Group is looking for a Sales Advisor at Ken Garff St. George Ford. The role focuses on building relationships, guiding customers through the sales journey, and maintaining high satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enthusiastically lead customers through their sales journey.
  • Professionally represent the dealership and maintain high customer satisfaction via frequent and friendly follow-up.
  • Respond to and communicate with potential prospects from web leads, phone leads, and store leads.
  • Participate in frequent training to develop sales skills and product knowledge.
Desired Qualities & Qualifications
  • Friendly and cooperative demeanor; quick to connect and build relationships.
  • Easygoing, uninhibited, and comfortable working with others.
  • Persuasive with a strong drive for results.
  • Tolerant of uncertainty.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Must be 18 years or older, authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in‑state driver's license and a good driving record.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
