Account Executive (St. George, UT Based

As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for developing new business relationships, managing a pipeline of prospective clients, and providing financing solutions in the equipment leasing space. • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls and strategic outreach
• Build your own pipeline and maintain your own book of business
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through funding
• Understand customer financing needs and recommend customized equipment finance solutions
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics
• Collaborate with Credit and Documentation teams to ensure transactions meet all underwriting and documentation requirements
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development

• Five years of sales experience preferred
• Two years of Business to Business (B2B) sales experience preferred
• Ability to identify and close new business over the phone
• Ability to successfully sell over the phone
• Proven track record of executing high dollar transactions
• Top performer attitude, unwavering work ethic, and a desire to succeed
• Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Coachable mindset and motivation to implement feedback
• Maintain a competitive, yet team oriented attitude

• $75,000 base salary + uncapped commissions
