Dick's Sporting Goods -  - Responsibilities:
Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and creating a world-class athlete experience and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.;
Anticipate the needs of the athlete; actively drive sales through product and services recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs.;
Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members (as subject matter expert of their area of the store), focusing on best practices, expectational selling skills, and key operational processes.;
Serve as a go-to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity.;
Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment standards, etc.;
Promote and drive customer participation in company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.).
