Account Manager

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team! You will be given leads from our company's sales and marketing efforts. You will be trained to do onsite takeoff measurements, create estimates, present them to the homeowner, and close the paint job, collect the deposit payment, schedule the paint job with our operations manager and then manage the customer's needs until we complete the job and receive final payment.

You will manage your pipeline through our CRM and Job Management software. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest development

• Previous experience in sales, painting, construction, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, software & mobile apps
• Ability to build rapport with clients
