Generl Laborer – Construction Support

Location: West Jordan, UT
Pay: $18–$22/hr DOE
Schedule: Full-time

We’re hiring motivated and reliable Construction Laborers to support excavation, grading, pipework, prepwork, site cleanup, and more across Utah’s Wasatch Front. This is a great entry-level role for someone dependable, hard-working, and looking to build a career in the trades.

• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
• Assist operators with trenching, back filling, layout, pipe installation, and concrete prep
• Light machinery and mechanical tool use (skid steer, trackhoe, roller, pump, drill, compacters, etc.)
• Support the installation and cleanup of gravel, road base, fabric, trench boxes, trench plates, etc.
• Shovel, rake, and compact soil and aggregates as directed
• Learn from experienced crew leaders and gain new skills every week

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Able to lift 80+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
• Willing to follow directions, ask questions, and contribute to the team
• No experience necessary – just the right attitude, work ethic, and reliability
