Customer Service Rep

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Rep. The ideal candidate will have amazing customer service skills, love to help others and be able to provide knowledgeable solutions for our customers and the HVAC Systems in their homes and businesses.

Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday – Friday with rotating on call nights & weekends

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Drivers License with clean MVR
• Ability to be covered by commercial insurance
• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of current HVAC building codes
• Willingness to actively participate in training seminars and classes
• Ability to follow written & verbal instructions precisely
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Desirable Qualifications:

• Knowledge & experience with retro-fit installation of HVAC equipment. To include, but not limited to: furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, IAQ products, Ducting & Venting.
• Previous experience in the home service business environment

Job Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Incumbent will be responsible for performing the installation of all aspects of an HVAC System to include (but not limited to):
  Furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, IAQ Products, Ducting & Venting.
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Follow-up calls/reviews
• Clean-Up after every job
• Maintain a clean & organized company vehicle
• Assist & participate in Company trainings, meetings & briefings
