Your Impact
As a Plumbing Technician, you'll be responsible for:
Installing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial plumbing systems - including water heaters, faucets, toilets, sinks, pipes, and fixtures.
Performing accurate diagnostics, identifying root causes, and offering clear, professional solutions.
Ensuring high-quality installations that meet code, safety, and company standards.
Preparing successful turnovers for each job, setting up the next phase for a smooth handoff and project continuity.
Maintaining clean, organized work spaces and accurate documentation for every service.
Your Relationships
You'll play a key role in creating long-term trust with both customers and teammates by:
Communicating clearly and professionally with clients to explain findings, options, and recommendations.
Building rapport and delivering an experience that earns five-star reviews and repeat business.
Collaborating closely with fellow technicians, installers, and office staff to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
Representing the company with integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude at all times.

What You Bring
3-5 years of hands-on plumbing service experience (residential or light commercial required).
DOPL apprentice/journeyman license
Proven ability in installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures.
Strong understanding of plumbing codes, safety standards, and best practices.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Tech-savvy mindset for job documentation and team communication tools.
Physical ability to lift, carry, and work in diverse environments.
