Field Service Technician - St. George, UT
Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Department: Field Operations
Reports To: Field Manager or Owner
A growing company in the turf care industry is urgently looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Field Service Technician to join our crews performing high-quality artificial turf maintenance services for residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate power brooms and turf-cleaning equipment efficiently and safely
- Apply sprays and perform detailed turf refresh treatments
- Load/unload equipment and ensure job site remains clean and safe
- Complete pre and post-job walkthroughs with customers when required
- Maintain job records, photos, and notes through a mobile CRM system
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and supervisors
- Physically capable of working outdoors
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
- Professional, dependable, and solutions-focused
- Owns reliable transportation and comfortable using a smartphone
- Per-job pay structure with performance-based incentives
- Weekly payouts
- Field Service Technician → Crew Foreman → Lead Foreman/Trainer
