Overview
Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun and make money.
When you join us as a first time RV Salesperson, you will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay based on residency and state laws.
This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $50,000 – $150,000 or more annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses are available to those who qualify.
Service Technician (Flat‑Rate)We are ideally looking for someone with advanced diagnostic and repair skills for Recreational Vehicle (RV) coach systems, generators and coach body repairs. A passionate mechanic who can address mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and maintenance problems is preferred. A successful RV Technician will have strong attention to detail, be self‑motivated and well‑versed in all maintenance and repairs. Camping World will pay to certify individuals not already certified.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
- Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
- Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
- Keep supervisor apprised of work progress
- Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee
- Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
The Role
- Certification from college or technical school in a trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) is helpful; applicable work experience is also considered
- Minimum of 1 year of service technician experience or related fields preferred
- RVIA certification is helpful but not required
- Exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment
- Potential exposure to environmental conditions including heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetness
- Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling and bending
- May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
- Must furnish own hand/shop tools
- Valid driver's license preferred
The pay range for this role takes into account skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and other business factors.
