• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Toyota material handling equipment and all other makes of lift trucks, including forklifts, pallet jacks, scissor lifts, etc.
• Ability to convey product knowledge and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain regular communication with service managers, parts department, and dispatchers to expedite repairs and service.
• Maintain timely and accurate accounting of labor hours, work orders, and parts used for inventory.
• Maintain a service van and its inventory.

• High school diploma or equivalent. Prefer vocational training as a mechanic.
• Minimum of two years automotive repair or technician experience working in a related industry.
• Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems, transmissions, engines, gas and LP systems.
• Strength to lift up to 75 lbs, pushing, pulling, twisting, bending, and kneeling required.
• Clean driving record, willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen.
