• Reliability:

• Organization:
  Maintain an organized, clean workspace and manage your crew’s time and materials wisely.
• System-Driven:
  Able to follow established company systems, directions, and safety standards closely.
• Quality Work:
  Take pride in your trade and deliver high-quality, professional results on every single project.

• 2+ years of professional painting experience.
• Must own your own hand tools, ladders, and airless sprayer.
• Reliable truck or vehicle to transport your equipment.
• For Crew Leads:
  Must be English-speaking.
• High integrity, strong work ethic, and a safe track record (OSHA 10 is a plus).

• Earning Potential:
  Up to $25.00/hr DOE.
• Generous Piece Rate:
  Crew leads can earn bonuses and performance incentives by managing time and materials wisely.
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts.
• Weekends as needed.
