JOB SUMMARY
This position performs and coordinates the installation, repair, and service of electrical systems and components in residential and light commercial environments. Our electricians are expected to deliver high-quality work, communicate clearly with customers, and uphold the standards that define the Mister Sparky brand.
JOB DUTIES
* Installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and light commercial electrical systems
* Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues accurately and efficiently
* Determine the general condition of electrical systems and identify necessary repairs or upgrades
* Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and job specifications
* Identify proper materials and quantities for new installations and repair projects
* Present repair and installation options using the Straight Forward Pricing Guide
* Perform thorough safety inspections and ensure all work meets code requirements
* Maintain a clean, professional job site and appearance
* Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the job
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* Active Utah Journeyman Electrician License
* 3+ years of residential electrical experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Clean driving record and valid driver's license
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
* Strong emphasis on customer service and professionalism
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
