Compensation:
Performance pay scale based on experience and licensing - our plumbers earn $80,000-$175,000 annually!

What You'll Do:

Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems (fixtures, water distribution, and waste).
Review building plans, mark connections, and ensure every install is sized, graded, and up to code.
Pull together pricing and provide professional estimates to clients on-site.
Collaborate with dispatch and management to keep your schedule moving and customers happy.
Keep company truck clean (inside and out), maintain inventory, and properly complete paperwork.
Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.

What You Bring:

Journeyman Plumbing License is highly preferred.
4+ years of service and repair experience (Residential/Commercial).
Deep knowledge of local codes and the ability to solve "messy" problems with a professional attitude.
High integrity and a desire to be better tomorrow than you are today.
Valid driver's license (clean record) and the ability to pass a drug screen/background check.

Physical Requirements and

Work Location:

Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50-80 lbs. regularly, and occasionally up to 100+ lbs. (e.g., water heaters, pipes, tools).
Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and stretching.
Ability to work in confined or cramped spaces (crawl spaces, under sinks).
Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot/cold) and environments, including indoors and outdoors.
Ability to safely climb ladders and work at heights.
