- Tuition Reimbursement

- Compensation: $30–$40/hour based on experience, certifications, licensing, plus commission opportunities
- Up to $5,000 Hiring Bonus for qualified hires
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including multi‑zone equipment
- Educate customers on systems, set expectations, and provide top‑tier service
- Take ownership of revenue goals by identifying sales opportunities, providing accurate quotes, and meeting performance benchmarks
- Act as a trusted advisor, explaining the long‑term value of high‑efficiency equipment versus ongoing repairs
- Provide start‑up support for residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts, and installation teams
- Coordinate with other service trades, contractors, clientele, and vendors as needed
- Maintain a clean, stocked company truck and coordinate with dispatch and parts teams
- Participate in morning meetings, trade shows, and retreats
- 3+ years of HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and installation experience
- EPA Universal / Type 2 Certification
- Own basic tools, gauges, and meters
- Valid driver’s license, clean background/drug screen, and a desire to improve daily
- Frequent climbing ladders, crawling tight spaces (attics/crawlspaces), and standing or kneeling for long periods
- Comfortable working in non‑climate‑controlled environments and outdoors in all weather
- Capacity to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs independently and heavier equipment with assistance
