THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of HVAC experience
- EPA Type II certification
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to perform the mental and physical duties of the job
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to follow system-based processes
A high school diploma or equivalent, along with additional certifications such as RMGA or NATE, is preferred.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A RESIDENTIAL HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
This full‑time role offers daytime shifts Monday–Friday, typically 8–10 hours, with occasional weekend on‑call rotation.
As our Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician, you'll support customers by performing routine maintenance, seasonal inspections, system checks, and basic repairs on residential HVAC systems. You'll travel to different homes, identify issues, and ensure equipment is operating efficiently. Your work plays a key role in preventing breakdowns and helping customers feel confident in their home comfort systems.
