As an Auto Body Technician at Boyd Autobody & Glass, you will perform structural and non-structural repairs, disassemble and reassemble vehicles, and maintain high quality and productivity to meet the repair facility's key performance indicators.

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
• Repair damage to vehicle body panels
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles
• Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories
• Remove and install welded and sectioned parts on a vehicle
• Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle
• Use frame equipment
• Apply new knowledge and skills to maintain a high level of quality and productivity, contributing to KPIs (Sales, CP, EBITA, BHPD, NPS)
• Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion of Post-Secondary Education in an Auto Body Repair Program

• Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience
• Welding experience (MIG, TIG)

• Red Seal or 310B preferred
• I-Car Registered (working toward Gold Class certification)

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Have your own toolbox
• Valid driver’s license required

$22 – $32 per hour. Compensation is commensurate with skill, education, and experience.
