B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Outside Plant Underground Specialist (OSPUS) to join our Wireless & Communications team. We are looking for experienced professionals who excel in underground installation and are ready to grow their careers with a nationwide leader in construction services.

As an Outside Plant Underground Specialist, you will be at the heart of our underground installation projects. You will travel to various sites, primarily operating on a Monday through Friday schedule with potential Saturdays to meet project deadlines. Your role involves executing all aspects of underground installations with precision, ensuring that our wireless and communications infrastructure is built to the highest standards.
Qualifications- Minimum of 1 year of experience in all aspects of underground installations.
- Must be willing and able to travel as required for project locations.
- Ability to work a full‑time schedule, including overtime when necessary.
- A proactive, positive, and professional demeanor with high integrity.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
