S&S Mechanical is looking for a full-time Commercial HVAC Supervisor to join our team in St. George, UT. This is a full-time job, Monday through Friday. Sometimes, there may be overtime to finish projects on time.

Every day, you will help plan what needs to be done and give jobs to your team. You will make sure HVAC systems are put in the right way by following blueprints and instructions. You will watch over the work, like installing duct systems, equipment, piping, ventilation, and controls. You will make sure all work is safe and meets the rules.
You will talk with project managers, contractors, and inspectors to keep things running smoothly. Training new team members, keeping track of supplies, and fixing problems fast are also part of the job. You will help start up systems and finish projects, and you will keep the job site clean and safe.

- 3+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience
- Solid knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, controls, and mechanical codes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a crew and delegate tasks
- Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and technical specifications
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Physical ability to regularly stand, kneel, bend, climb ladders, lift 50+ pounds, and work in active construction environments (rooftops, mechanical rooms, crawlspaces, and elevated areas)
- EPA Certification
- Journeyman HVAC license or equivalent experience
- Experience as a foreman or similar supervisory position on commercial projects
- Experience managing large‑scale or multi‑phase construction projects
- Experience with VRF systems, rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, or controls integration
