The work to be performed is on professional cooking and baking equipment in and around grocery stores and other businesses throughout your assigned territory.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, including reading equipment schematics.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on professional cooking and baking equipment.
- Handle varying workload levels, including occasional overtime.
- Assist customers and collaborate with local teammates.
- Well versed in troubleshooting equipment and able to read equipment schematics.
- Knowledgeable about electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Several years of experience in service/repair of commercial cooking equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive safely with a clean record.
- Reference to be drug tested.
- Professional presentation and demeanor.
- Should bring own tools; specialized tools will be supplied.
