Garage Door Master Tech Apprentice – Join Our Growing Team!

We are expanding and looking for a motivated Garage Door Master Tech Apprentice to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to build a long‑term career in a high‑demand trade.
You’ll develop a strong, well‑rounded skill set in the garage door industry through comprehensive training that covers diagnosing, repairing, and installing garage doors and openers.
What We Offer- Full‑time schedule – 40+ hours per week with typical work week of 45-50 hours
- Paid overtime at 1.5×
- Hands‑on training program (3‑5 months)

- Estimated earning potential after training: $50,000‑$90,000+ per year
- Install custom garage door components
- Perform residential garage door and opener repairs
- Operate a scissor lift (training & certification provided)
- Complete commercial door repairs
- Install residential and commercial motors
- Diagnose mechanical and electronic issues
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform annual maintenance services
- Program garage door electronics
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Team‑first attitude
- Basic experience with hand and power tools (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
$18‑20 per hour during training (6‑12 months). Overtime paid at 1.5×. After training and assignment of a company vehicle, Master Technicians typically earn $50K‑$90K+ annually, depending on performance and workload.
