Remove, flash, set, and seal. Every window we install integrates properly with the stucco or Hardie system. No shortcuts on flashing — ever.

• 7:00 AM – Review the job. Dallas walks every window opening before work starts, checking existing flashing condition, water damage, and sheathing integrity so you know exactly what you're dealing with before the first screw.
• 8:00 AM – Remove and assess. Remove existing windows carefully, inspect sheathing and framing, flag and address any rot or moisture damage before the new window goes in.
• 9:00 AM – Flash the opening. Apply a self‑adhering flashing membrane at sill and sides – the most important step, engineered for Utah’s climate.
• 10:00 AM – Set and level. Set the window in the opening, shim, level, and plumb, fasten to framing, ensuring consistent reveal and proper clearance for stucco or Hardie integration. Every window is checked with a level.
• 1:00 PM – Integrate with exterior system. Install J‑channel, backer rod, backer tape to prevent water infiltration. Dallas inspects every transition.
• 3:30 PM – Seal and inspect. Apply exterior caulk at all joints, perform a final inspection – every window operates and every seal is checked. Dallas signs off before the crew leaves.

• Window installation experience preferred; ability to train the right person. Flashing knowledge and attention to detail essential.
• Detail oriented. Avoid costly water damage from bad window flashing.
• Physical strength. Able to handle large, heavy windows safely.
• Problem‑solving in varied rough openings – rot, out‑of‑square framing, unusual conditions.
• Clean work habits. Respect for the homeowner’s property.
• Valid driver’s license required for job‑site travel.
