• Document integration processes, client configurations, and technical learnings to contribute to team knowledge and efficiency.
• Identify and work closely with internal teams to address gaps and deficiencies.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
• Strong track record of collaboration with cross‑functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Strong programming skills in a range of technologies, languages, and standards (Java, Scala, Go, Python, SQL, REST, SOAP, JSON, Open API, and data transformations).
• Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
• Basic understanding of APIs and integration concepts (REST, JSON).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and client requests in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• High emotional intelligence and growth mindset, with a desire to proactively seek feedback from others to continually improve.
