Internship OverviewEvoxa is seeking an AI Implementation Intern interested in gaining hands‑on experience with artificial intelligence, recruiting technology, automation, and software tools.
The intern will help research, test, implement, and improve AI‑powered solutions that support recruiting workflows, candidate communication, interview scheduling, internal operations, reporting, and the overall candidate experience.
This is a learning-focused opportunity for students, recent graduates, career changers, self‑taught professionals, and individuals interested in using AI to solve practical recruiting and business challenges.
Potential Responsibilities- Research and test AI‑powered recruiting and automation tools.
- Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows using AI.
- Support integrations involving applicant‑tracking systems, scheduling tools, databases, websites, and communication platforms.
- Assist with automations for candidate communication, interview scheduling, recruiter reminders, reporting, and internal processes.
- Test AI prompts, models, integrations, and automated workflows.
- Document implementation steps, technical issues, results, and recommended improvements.
- Help evaluate AI tools for accuracy, reliability, security, fairness, and business value.
- Support internal software, dashboards, databases, APIs, and recruiting systems.
- Participate in virtual meetings, project discussions, demonstrations, and reviews.
- Follow company expectations regarding confidentiality, candidate privacy, data security, and responsible AI use.
Responsibilities may vary based on project needs and the intern’s experience.
Preferred QualificationsThe following qualifications are preferred but not required:
- Interest in artificial intelligence, recruiting, talent acquisition, automation, or software.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Interest in prompt development, workflow automation, or AI‑assisted research.
- Exposure to Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar automation tools.
- Familiarity with Git Hub Copilot, Claude Code, or other AI‑assisted development tools.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Type Script, Java, C#, C++, Go, or R.
- Exposure to APIs, databases, Git Hub, web development, cloud platforms, or applicant‑tracking systems.
- Strong organization, communication, curiosity, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a remote environment.
Applicants do not need experience with every tool or technology listed. Previous recruiting experience, professional technology experience, and a portfolio are not required.
