Entry​/Junior Software Engineer

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer who brings real world development experience, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. You’ll join a small, fast-moving team building cross-platform apps.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Flutter apps for mobile and desktop
• Implement local and cloud data storage (Firestore, Isar, Hive, SQLite)
• Develop and maintain backend integrations and app logic
• Take ownership of features from design through release
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code

Requirements

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Excited to learn new technologies and continuously sharpen their skills through hands-on experience
• Strong understanding of software development principles and version control (Git)
• Experience with object-oriented programming and asynchronous workflows
• Familiarity with mobile or web application development
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Skills

• Hands-on experience with Flutter, Firebase, or native mobile development
• Experience deploying apps or maintaining production systems
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines or cloud infrastructure
