CDL Warehouse Driver - Entry Level

Company Overview

Czarnowski is one of the four studios of the Czarnowski Collective. You will work independently as well as part of a team in the shipping and receiving department. You must be able to drive multiple types of equipment including forklifts, have a Class A CDL license, and be able to obtain forklift certification if necessary.

• Effectively work with a team to complete jobs within deadlines.
• Pull multiple orders simultaneously.
• Operate various equipment, including Box Truck, Tractor Trailer, etc.
• Willingness to drive over the road when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work in an environment with frequent dust, particles, and high noise from power tools and machines.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Full‑time position:
  Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (subject to change).
• Mandatory overtime during peak season, potentially up to 12 hours per day, including weekends.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid Class A CDL (Commercial Driver’s License).
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain such certification.
• Relevant education and experience that demonstrates the ability to complete multiple tasks.
• Construction background helpful but not required.
• Exhibit industry experience helpful but not required.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, hear and speak.
• Must be able to remain in a seated position for prolonged periods.
• Frequently lift or move items over 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
