Position Purpose
The Non-CDL Driver for Heritage Pool is responsible for operating a vehicle to transport goods, products, or materials to various destinations without the need for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Key Responsibilities- Safely and efficiently operate a non-CDL vehicle, ensuring all products, goods, or materials are transported to their destinations.
- Perform pre- and post-vehicle inspections and report any discrepancies.
- Load and unload the vehicle as required.
- Follow delivery schedules and communicate any delays or issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery and pick‑up operations.
- Maintain accurate logs of all transport and vehicle maintenance.
This position reports directly to the Logistics Manager or Transportation Supervisor and has no direct reports.
Working ConditionsDrivers will operate in a variety of weather conditions and must be comfortable driving under such circumstances.
Minimum Qualifications- Possession of a valid state driver's license.
- Clean driving record.
- Familiarity with using navigation systems.
- Proficiency in English required for communication regarding safety.
- Previous experience in driving or logistics preferred.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
