Successful candidate will have experience working with Sky Track and Microsoft Office products. They must be able to take direction, work independently, create and present reports for and to Sky West Maintenance Leadership - as well as communicate and work well with others in a team environment.

• Interior audit coordination
• Collecting and analyzing data
• Gathering and updating the information necessary to create the Reliability Board Meeting presentation
• Updating the Aircraft Engine Reliability Report
• Scheduling and presenting meetings
• Updating all M-38’s, control charts, and monitoring charts
• Posting Reliability Reports to the FAA SharePoint and sending to Reliability Report distribution list
• Maintaining the electronic distribution list for the Reliability Report
• Notifying Manager of Reliability and Supervisor of Reliability of Reliability Reports being posted to FAA Share Point
• Maintaining files

• Experience creating detailed reports
• Clear knowledge and understanding of Sky West Airlines' policies and procedures
• Possesses strong oral and written communications and organizational skills
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented
• Able to work in team environment or independently
• Knowledge of General Maintenance Manual (GMM)
• Experienced with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)

• Physical ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
• This is not a Department of Transportation safety‑sensitive position.
