CDL-A Flatbed Driver – Las Vegas, NV Road

Position Overview

OTR Drivers in the Flatbed Fleet average $82,500 annually. We are committed to providing you with reliable equipment, a supportive team available 24/7, competitive pay and bonus structure, and flexible home time.

• Base CPM based on driving experience
• Weekly average: $1,650
• Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000
• Performance bonuses: mileage, idle, fuel efficiency and more
• Experience bonuses:
  Hazmat endorsement, longevity, veterans, etc.
• Flatbed Seasonal Tarp Pay Policy
  
  • All tarped loads delivered between December 15 – March 15 or June 15 – September 15: $100
  
  • All other tarped loads: $80

• Nationwide deliveries, primarily in western and southern states; other areas possible
• Dependable home time
• Rider policy – after 3 months with company permission
• Pet policy – pets allowed from first load

• New automatic trucks – Freightliners and Volvos no older than 3 years
• Fully loaded with premium interiors, ELS, Prepass, Qualcomm and Transflow

• 1 year OTR flatbed driving experience
• Load securement knowledge
• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 23 years old
• No DUI, DWI, or reckless driving charges within the last 5 years
• Hazmat endorsement or willingness to obtain Hazmat within 90 days of hire (background screening paid by company)
