Key Responsibilities
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform proper inspections to go through ports of entry.
- Maintain time and material records.
- Follow verbal and written instruction.
- Apply knowledge of different types of material and grades being sprayed.
- Maneuver and back equipment safely.
- Communicate effectively on the radio system.

Education & Experience- High school diploma or GED required; two years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission.
- Valid state Class B commercial driver’s license (CDL) with tanker endorsement.
- Valid medical card as required by DOT.
- One to two years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred incident‑free driving record.
- May be subject to drug, alcohol, and physical agility testing.
- Communication using two‑way radio.
- Basic math skills.
- Basic computer skills (preferred).
- Customer service – manage difficult or emotional customer situations; respond promptly to customer needs.
- Teamwork – contribute to building a positive team spirit.
- Judgment – exhibit sound and accurate judgment.
- Planning/Organizing – use time efficiently.
- Professionalism – approach others tactfully; react well under pressure; accept responsibility.
- Safety and security – observe procedures, report unsafe conditions, use equipment properly.

- Apply common sense to follow detailed instructions.
The job requires frequent sitting, climbing, and using hands to signal and handle equipment. Occasional standing, walking, crawling, kneeling, bending, and reaching above shoulders; occasional lifting or moving up to 50 lbs. Vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
Work EnvironmentWork may involve wet/humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; outside weather; extreme cold or heat. Noise level is usually moderate.
