Job Duties
- Interior audit coordination
- Collecting and analyzing data
- Gathering and updating the information necessary to create the Reliability Board Meeting presentation
- Updating the Aircraft Engine Reliability Report
- Scheduling and presenting meetings
- Updating all M-38’s, control charts, and monitoring charts
- Posting Reliability Reports to the FAA SharePoint and sending to Reliability Report distribution list
- Maintaining the electronic distribution list for the Reliability Report
- Notifying Manager of Reliability and Supervisor of Reliability of Reliability Reports being posted to FAA Share Point
- Maintaining files
- Experience creating detailed reports
- Clear knowledge and understanding of Sky West Airlines' policies and procedures
- Possesses strong oral and written communications and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Able to work in team environment or independently
- Knowledge of General Maintenance Manual (GMM)
- Experienced with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
- Physical ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
- This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position.
