Overseas OTR Flatbed Drivers in our fleet average an annual salary of $82,500. We provide reliable equipment, 24/7 support, competitive pay and bonuses, and flexible home time.

We place drivers across western and southern states with the option to work in other areas. Dependable home time, rider and pet policies, and a dedicated fleet manager support you wherever you are.

• Base CPM based on overall driving experience
• Weekly average pay: $1,650
• Sign‑on bonus: $5,000
• Performance bonuses: mileage, idle, fuel‑efficiency, and more
• Experience bonuses:
  Hazmat endorsement, longevity, veterans, etc.
• New Flatbed Seasonal Tarp Pay Policy
  • From December 15‑March 15 and June 15‑September 15, tarped loads are paid $100.
  • All other tarped loads are paid $80.

• Nationwide deliveries, primarily in the western and southern states
• Dependable home time
• Rider policy – after 3 months with company permission
• Pet policy – pets allowed from the first load

• New Automatic Trucks – Freightliners and Volvos no older than 3 years
• Fully loaded with premium interiors, ELSs, Prepass, Qualcomm, and Transflow
• Personal fleet manager who knows you by name and is available whenever you need support

• 1 year OTR Flatbed experience
• Load securement knowledge
• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 23 years old
• No DUI, DWI, or reckless driving charges in the last 5 years
• Hazmat endorsement or willingness to obtain Hazmat within 90 days of hire (background screening paid)
