• Base CPM based on your overall driving experience
• Weekly average: $1,650
• Sign On Bonus: $5,000
• Performance bonuses: mileage, idle, fuel efficiency and more
• Experience bonuses:
  Hazmat endorsement, longevity, veterans, etc.
• Flatbed Seasonal Tarp Pay Policy:
  • All tarped loads delivered on or after December 15 through March 15, and all loads delivered on or after June 15 through September 15 will be paid $100.
  • All other tarped loads will be paid at the normal rate of $80.

• 1 year OTR flatbed experience
• Load securement knowledge
• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 23 years old
• No DUI, DWI, or reckless driving charges within last 5 years
• Hazmat endorsement or willingness to obtain Hazmat within 90 days of hire (background screening paid).
