Seasonal Warehouse Assocaite

Position Purpose

The Seasonal Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately and safely stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely customer deliveries. The role is seasonal with potential for full-time opportunities based on performance and business needs.

• Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for pick‑up or delivery.
• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Must be able to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds continuously.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English; bilingual Spanish may be required in some locations.
• Comfortable with basic math in daily tasks.
• At least 1 year of experience in a distribution, fulfillment, or warehouse environment.

• Forklift experience or certification preferred (training available through company after hire).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Travel:
Minimal, role is primarily based in the branch/warehouse.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds continuously; ability to move heavy products in busy warehouses and/or outdoor yards using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks; active physical work.

Work performed in a warehouse environment with noise, hot or cold temperatures; use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required.
